I chose to become a Humanist Officiant because I love celebrations and I believe every couple should have the right to choose the style and wording of their wedding ceremony. I have been a secular humanist my entire life, following the ethical and moral values instilled in me by my parents, without seeking guidance from a divine being.

My service includes creating a personalized ceremony together, one that symbolizes your commitment to each other in a way that reflects you and your own values. There will be no unwanted religious elements, no pressure to do things a certain way, and no dry legal wording. Only what you want said (and nothing you don't want said).

I grew up in a multicultural community studying several languages and am delighted to offer bilingual ceremonies and readings in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Persian, Greek, and Latin. Many couples ask me to include their unique cultural traditions just without any of the religious elements, and I'm always delighted to learn about new customs ?because... in the words of Albus Dumbledore... "Differences of habit and language are nothing at all if our aims are identical and our hearts are open."
